YunJu Chen is a Taiwanese cinematographer with a decade of experience across camera and lighting departments, including features, Netflix series, and documentaries. Her cinematography work, including the festival-recognized Rose Skirt, spans narrative, experimental, and documentary forms. Now an AFI Cinematography Fellow, she crafts visual language that authentically serves story, character, and underrepresented voices.
